The psycho-path who provided the foundation for Calvinism and the formative influence for the collective psychosis of that infects Puritan America.<BR/><BR/>The truth and authenticity of ones religion is always demonstrated in how one lives, and not what one says or writes. <BR/><BR/>How one treats everyone with whom one is associated, both in ones intimate circles, and the wider community within which one lives.<BR/><BR/>Where was the Grace, the humour, the colour, the laughter, the compassion, the forgiveness, and above all The Beautiful in Calvin's life?<BR/><BR/>There was none---and yet some how in the twisted scheme of things he is revered as a great "religious" figure.<BR/><BR/>How many people, including children, his grown step children, and even his former have executed.<BR/><BR/>How many Anabaptists were slaughterd (like vermin) as a result of his decision to approve their wholesale slaughte? <BR/><BR/>Such approval was given by Luther and the catholic leaders too.<BR/><BR/>How many people would Jesus execute or slaughter.<BR/><BR/>The moral of the story is that it is about time Calvinists had a really close look at their toxic origins.<BR/><BR/>Origins which are still very much an integral (and very much "alive") part of the collective Calvinist psyche.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
